Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is one of my most favorite times of the
year..our home is always the one that hosts and I truly
love it! Today, baked pies: apple, pumpkin, French Silk
Chocolate pie and then made my first ever bake in the oven
cheesecake and it turned out fabulous! I was so ecstatic!
Dh helped cut up 3 lbs. of onions since I am making our
regular stuffing and then a big batch of the gluten free stuffing
for him..then, I prepared and assembled my sweet potato

Well, It's official.. you're stuck with me :)

We are not going to Grandma's house afterall this week :( The kids are actually taking it well. Especially Trent who lives to go on trips in the trailer. But one of our dogs is sick with kennel couhg ( a dog's version of bronchitas/flu) and is is highly contagious.. so we can't take her to the kennel. We are home bound :)

My parents just called us back and they are driving here instead! yea!
