Outside my window...grey & over-cast. A cold front moving in after our 2nd Indian Summer. But that's OK...it's fall, after all. :-)

Monday's events & Christmas

Some of you may already know that our home was burglarized on
October 25th..we were not at home at the time and feel the Lord
provided (at the last minute!) an escape from being home when
a dear friend called and asked if we could help her and her dh...
Normally, we would've been at church but my back had gone out
the week before and I knew I wasn't 'pew-ready' yet, so church

What's for dinner? Thanksgiving dinner, that is...

The air is crisp, the leaves have changed and it is time to plan my favorite meal of the year! Why is Thanksgiving dinner rated over Christmas dinner, when the food is basically the same?
